Prominent among our notable offerings are the nationally-acclaimed SICAS Debating Society, the Model United Nations (MUN) Society, the Literary and Poetry Society (LAPS), Irtiqa, and Scientists at Work (SaW). A plethora of emerging clubs, including those focused on Music and Drama, complement headline co-curricular student engagement.

Science is an integral part of almost every aspect of our lives. Although one rarely thinks about it but science makes extraordinary things possible. With the pace that the world is progressing and the speed with which technology is advancing, an understanding of science is a crucial part of a complete education.

The importance of literature, arts, and poetry is such that it allows individuals to revel in the mysteries of human life, and to help them understand the underlying psychological conditions of a variety of actors. The overt portrayal of the intense human emotions can sometimes be tricky to comprehend.
Poetry and Art provide an empty canvas that can be filled according to the taste and moods of the students, and SICAS understands the need of our youth to express themselves while growing up in an arduous and challenging world. To facilitate this process,LAPS society has hosted several poetry, art and essay-writing competitions. The society is also responsible for the production of the annual school magazine: SICAS Legacy, which provides our students with the autonomy to reflect on their school year using their own lens.
Music is the language of the soul and what music can express is sometimes difficult to articulate in words. Music is the universal language of harmony and love and the students of SICAS have used this subtle ambassador of peace to create an ambience of acceptance.

In the 21st century, scientific and technological innovations have become increasingly vital as we navigate the benefits and challenges of globalization and a rapidly evolving knowledge-based economy. To thrive in this dynamic world, students must develop critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and adaptability—key competencies fostered through STEAM education.
At SICAS, our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Program represents a significant shift from traditional, exam-focused learning to a modern, inquiry-based educational philosophy. We prioritize the learning process as much as the results, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and innovate.
Our STEAM curriculum is designed to nurture curiosity and interdisciplinary thinking by integrating hands-on projects, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world applications. Through interactive learning experiences, students are encouraged to take intellectual risks, engage in critical discussions, embrace alternative perspectives, and develop solutions that are both creative and practical.
By fostering a mindset of exploration and resilience, SICAS prepares students not only for academic success but also for future careers in an increasingly technology-driven world. Our goal is to empower students with the confidence and skills needed to excel in diverse fields, equipping them to be the innovators, leaders, and change-makers of tomorrow.
