High Achievers

The Annual Prize Distribution and Graduation ceremonies at SICAS mark the celebration and recognition of a year long series of success and accomplishments of our students. The vision behind conducting these events is to instill a positive and healthy competition among students and to incentivize learning. At SICAS, we don’t emphasize on rankings our students. We push our educators to identify unique strengths of our learners and we acknowledge them at the culminating APD. APD and the Graduation ceremonies are attended by our parental body as well who take great pride in the work that their children are doing at school. The event also declares the “Brain of SICAS” for the respective year among other awards such as “Best Outgoing Student of the year”. Award winners in turn inspire their batch mates as well as juniors to continue with their commitment to excellence in whatever challenge comes their way.

Coupled with the Annual Prize Distribution is the Graduation Ceremony for our outgoing batches. Many of these students have been associated with the school for over a decade and this graduation ceremony cements their bond with the school as one that shall continue even after they move on to pursue higher education. Our young graduates proceed to the stage donning their graduation gowns and hats amidst cheerful applause from the audience. The event concludes with emotional and witty speeches from our valedictorians that serve as a tribute to their school family as well as key speeches by prolific speakers. In the past we have hosted guests like Former Foreign Secretary Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, Former PCB Chairman Mr. Najam Sethi, Member of National Assembly Attiya Inayatullah and Associate Dean of LUMS School of Education Dr Mariam Chughtai.
