The programme operates regularly to extend consistent support to students. Sessions are conducted weekly during the school day for forty-five minutes.
Grade IX students are paired with A-Level seniors who serve as mentors. Ensuing peer-to-peer interaction allows junior students to seek guidance from older peers who have navigated similar challenges in a conducive environment.
